Email Draft Approval Process

When you ask the AI Agent to send an email, it follows a secure approval workflow:

Step 1: Draft Creation

The AI creates an email draft with the subject, body, and HTML content. This draft is shown to you in the chat interface.

Step 2: Review and Edit

You can review the draft and optionally edit the subject, body, or HTML content before sending. This ensures you have full control over what gets sent to your subscribers.

Step 3: Approval

Click "Approve & Send" to send the email, or "Edit" to make changes. The email will only be sent after you explicitly approve it.
