Connect your own domain

Custom domains (like yourname.com) are part of the Pro plan. You can use a domain you already own.

Step 1: Enter your domain

Open Settings → Domains, choose I have a domain, and type it in. We look it up straight away and tell you where it's managed (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and so on).

Step 2: Approve the change

• Automatic setup: if your provider supports it, press Connect automatically. You sign in to your provider, approve one change, and come back. No copying and pasting.
• Manual setup: otherwise we show the exact records to add, with a copy button on each, and step-by-step directions for your provider.

Step 3: We check it for you

The domain page re-checks every few seconds and shows what's done and what's left. Most domains go live within minutes. Some take a few hours, rarely up to 48.

If something is stuck

• Delete older A or CNAME records on the same name so only the new one is left.
• Make sure you added the TXT record too. It proves the domain is yours.
• Press Check now after you save changes at your provider.
