Mailing List Blocks

You can add mailing list sign-up forms directly to your pages using Mailing List blocks.

Adding a Mailing List Block

In the page editor, click the "+" button to add a new block and select "MailingList". You'll need to:

• Select which mailing list to use
• Set a title for the sign-up form
• Configure the subscribe button text and styling
• Choose whether to collect the subscriber's name

Custom Metadata Fields

You can collect additional information from subscribers by adding custom metadata fields:

1. Click "Add Field" in the mailing list block settings
2. Enter a field key (e.g., "company", "location")
3. Enter a label that will be shown to users (e.g., "Company Name")
4. The field will appear in the sign-up form

These custom fields can later be used in email personalization using {{metadata.fieldName}}.

Create Page with Sign Up Form

From the mailing list detail page, you can quickly create a new page with a pre-configured mailing list block by clicking "Create Page with Sign Up Form". This creates a new page with the mailing list sign-up form already set up.
